For those who thought I faded into the darkness.

I'm still here and still struggling to find a job regardless of what it is. I'm not being picky ... I'm just not settling for jobs that pay less than $9 an hour. I do have an appointment for a summer job interview and at this point as long as I have a job that should count for something right?

But I'm still in high spirits and nothing is going to bring me down ... now that the taxes have been paid with help from my mom. Big thanks goes out to mom, who I must find a way to pay back soon.

I may have been quiet for awhile but I'm not gone. But look on the bright side. At least I made it back to the US before that volcano exploded, right? Although I would have loved staying there just to photograph it. But things happen for a reason I guess and it always seems like I miss the opportunity for greater photos. Oh well.
