A shot in the butt ... and i'm to blame. Today I started a new fight to loose the weight that has been preventing me from living a healthy lifestyle.... but i now it was my fault i got this way. Most of it spiraled out of control when i became extremely depressed following the shock and anger of being fired.
No one is to blame but me. I tried all the diets out there with no success. Even starved my self til i became sick.
What makes today different?
I accepted help from a professional. Today I start by changing my diet, but not alone. I have a coach working with me now. ... and it started with consultation, vitamins, bags of parsley tea and a b12 shot in the butt.
